Justin Reddin has lived in Saline County his whole life, and he's still in the same house he grew up in. His family has deep roots here, through local businesses and through years of showing up for community organizations. So when Justin started his own design business in April 2025, building it around his hometown felt like the natural move.
Justin has always loved digital art. He likes that design can be sharp and pixel-perfect one day and messy and wild the next. He also likes the organized side of it, the process of taking a client from a blank page to a finished brand or website. And because the industry never sits still, there's always something new to learn.
What pushed him to go out on his own was a gap he kept noticing. Local businesses and organizations needed good marketing, but a lot of it was priced out of reach. Justin started his business to offer affordable, community-based design and to give back to the place that raised him.
Two of Justin's biggest clients show how he works. For The Shoppach House, home of the Saline County Art League, his goal has always been to learn their voice and their mission and let that drive every piece of marketing, with no filler. That work helps bring in visitors and raise money for preservation.
For Benton Girls Sports, the job is about recognition. Justin runs their social media with one goal in mind, which is making sure these young athletes get the attention their talent has earned. He's proud of what both clients have accomplished, and he's quick to say how grateful he is for the work.
Justin holds four Adobe Certified Professional credentials, and he sees them as a promise to his clients. When you hire him, you're getting work made by a trained person who cares about the craft, not something an AI spit out or a Canva template a cousin filled in.
His tagline sums up the approach: big ideas, personal service, and design that feels like you. In every first meeting, Justin's aim is to make a real connection, learn how a client talks, and then help them speak a little louder. He says he has never treated a client like a number or another paycheck. To him, they're friends and family.
When he isn't behind his MacBook, Justin is usually hanging out with friends and family, binge-watching his favorite shows, or out shopping. He also loves a quick road trip, and Bentonville, Fayetteville, and Branson are a few of his favorites.
