This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage data such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs, and how you interact with our site. This is used primarily for security, site operation, and internal analytics.

We also collect information through cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels used by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure ad performance.

Information from Meta lead ads

In Short: We share information with the service providers who help us operate our business, and in the specific situations described below.

We use a small set of third-party tools to run Saline Local, and your information may be processed by them on our behalf:

  • Notion — our internal CRM, used to track inquiries and advertiser status
  • MailerLite — our email service provider, used to send nurture and marketing emails
  • SureCart and Stripe — our checkout and payment processors, used if you purchase a Spotlight spot
  • OttoKit — connects our checkout and email systems so your advertiser status stays up to date
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — if you submit a lead form through one of our ads, or if we run ads that use website or list-based audiences

We may also share your information in these situations:

  • Business Transfers. In connection with, or during negotiations of, a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
  • When we use Google Analytics. We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze use of our Services. To opt out, visit Google's opt-out page. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by contacting us at chris@salinelocal.com. 6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice, unless a longer period is required by law.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our advertiser records, or comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely isolate it if deletion isn't immediately possible.

7. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In Short: We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

We've implemented reasonable security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
